    Hi there,

Does the run start at 6:30 or must we be finished by 6:30 in the morning ?

      Hi Anna

You will have to be finished by 06h30 in the morning, before the golf starts. Unfortunately you are not allowed to be running on the course while golfers are playing.

I haven’t seen markers for the 3km or 8km route, only the 5km. Can you explain how these routes work? If I run with a lamp in the dark, until what time can I use the track and how safe is it at night?
